Vote-by-Mail Late Conditions
November 2, 2016
Voters unable to go to the polls because of illness or disability or because they will be absent from their precinct on election day, may come to the Elections Department and receive a vote-by-mail ballot over the counter. Voters may designate in writing a representative to bring the vote-by-mail ballot to them. The voter may return the ballot to the Elections Department or polling place in the county either personally or through the authorized representative.
