Between this date and March 19, the elections official shall make available for public examination a copy of the ballot measure text, arguments, impartial analysis or bond statement for any county, district or school measure. A fee may be charged to any candidate/person obtaining a copy of the materials. During this period, any person may file a writ of mandate or an injunction to require any or all of the material/data to be amended or deleted.
