First day that candidates for a local nonpartisan offices may file a candidate statement, not to exceed 200 words, to be included in the County Voter Information Pamphlet. The statement shall be filed and paid for at the time the Declaration of Candidacy is filed. The statement may not be changed, but may be withdrawn up until 5 p.m. on December 9th. (If the nomination period is extended to December 11, the statement may be withdrawn up until 5 p.m. on December 12th.)
