The 1% manual audit will manually tally and verify the results of the following cast ballots:
- 10 batches of Vote-by-Mail ballots (4.63% of all batches and 4.55% of all Vote-by-Mail ballots cast)
- All ballots cast at Vote Centers, from precinct H521 (5.77% of all ballots cast in person)
Total manual tally will be 4.63% of all ballots cast in the September 14, 2021Gubernatorial Recall Election.
