Logic and Accuracy Testing

Before every election, the San Benito County Elections Department performs Logic and Accuracy testing, and secures all touchscreen accessible voting machines as well as our ballot counting machinery. This process is open for public viewing.

Currently, Logic and Accuracy testing for the November 2016 election is scheduled for the week of October 23 through 28.  Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm. Our testing is not all day nor every day, so if you would like to visit and watch this process, we invite you to call our office and schedule a time.
